Island Charters is a well established business and would provide a great opportunity for a well motivated individual to break into the accommodation market.

Alternatively, since both boats are seaworthy, they can be moved in order to relocate the business and/or to use them for accommodation. Newclose has two engines in perfect working order and may be used to tow Seawasp, which has no engine. Both are well maintained.

“Newclose” a 98 foot barge with 10 double/twin cabins, lounge, galley and shower facilities

“Sea Wasp” a 65 foot cruiser with 5 double/twin cabins (some en suite available inc 1 family cabin)
